Residence White Pearl (Rezidence Bílá Perla) is our newer barrier-free access object and according to our many years of experience it is designed and equipped to satisfy the requirements of the most demanding clientele. With a capacity of 18 beds, 1 baby bed, 3 cots and cradles 1 in 5 spacious bedrooms with balconies.
In summer the capacity is limited to the ground floor where there is a double bed, single bed, baby bed and a cot in one bedroom.

In the winter season 3 spacious bathrooms are available - equiped with bath, shower, washing machine, dryer, plenty of room for storing personal belongings. In the summer season and off-season only 1 bathroom is available.

Object Description
Residence consists of (ground floor) entrance hall, kitchen with bar and dining area, lounge, conservatory with jacuzzi and sauna, bathroom and bedroom wheelchair accessible. After a staircase leads to the attic, where there are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kids / game room.
The building is strictly non-smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden. Staying with pets is not allowed under any circumstances.
Bedrooms
The bedrooms are separated and each have their own entrance to the balcony (in the attic). All are equipped with chests of drawers and cabinets. Baby cots can be placed in the bedrooms according to your needs before arrival. All beds have bedside tables with a lamp. With children’s safety and comfort in mind, there are no bunk beds in the bedrooms.
All bed linen, including baby cots and a crib, is provided free of charge.
There are also a bath towel and a small towel on each bed.

Sofa, conference table, 138 cm (55 ″) SONY LED 4K ULTRA HD TV with satellite offering a wide range of movies, sports, documentaries and programs for children. SONY home cinema with six speakers ensures great experience and quality of sound.
Game console enthusiasts can have the use of Xbox One S 500 GB (4K resolution, plays Blu-Ray, DVD).
Internet (Wi-Fi) is FREE of charge.
Kitchen with bar
Our kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and dining. It contains a stove, ceramic hob, dishwasher, 2 large refrigerators with freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and 2 bar stools.
There are plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses of various shapes and it also includes pots, baking pans, jugs and much more for your own cooking, baking and family dining.

Dining area overlooking the garden
Large table and chairs for 8 people + 2 high chairs for children are included. There is also another table and 6 chairs in the hallway and you to use if needed, and 4 extra chairs in the basement bedrooms.
Winter garden with underfloor heating and garden views
Quality whirlpool for 4 people with 84 jets, corner infra-sauna for 3-4 people made of red Canadian cedar is fitted with carbon radiators, underfloor heating, quality waterproof radio / USB player DEXON & 2 speakers. The room’s ventilation is provided by a recuperation unit with a minimal heat loss. This room is also fitter with underfloor heating, radiator and light therapy – lighting the room with LED strips and colored spot lights where the light colors can change according to remotely controlled settings. A wide range of program settings and lighting effects of your choice can help you create a unique atmosphere and experience.
Entry/Front Room
During the winter season, you will certainly appreciate 8 pairs of shoe dryers, a large bunk shoe rack, hangers and a shoe seat. There is also a lockable first aid box available.
The staircase is equipped with child safety gates in the upper as well as the lower end.
There is also an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, steam iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your convenience.

There are 3 bathrooms with toilets in the residence in total, and all bathrooms have sufficient shelve space for your toiletries.

Heating
The property is heated by an electric boiler connected to radiators and partially to the underfloor heating.
The temperature in the house will be taken care of by a modern thermostat set by you so that you come back to cozy warm home after returning from your trip or the ski slope.
During the property construction only the most effective materials for thermal insulation were used to ensure a minimal electricity consumption.
Transport, parking
Parking is available right next to the property, on a paved area, with the capacity of 6 to 8 cars. Access route to the building is connected to well maintained communication, so there is no need to put on snow chains in winter.
Local taxi service is available at all times. The nearest bus stop is only 100 m away, the train station about 400 m

The nearest hospitality place is 500 m away, Restaurant Na Čertovce Dolní Orlice is 2 km and a nice wine bar / wine shop 600 m from the property.
Our property is fully equipped for home cooking and dining. The local grocery store is only 400 meters away.
The garden
Our grounds are partly fenced and partly bordered by woody plants. The ornamental garden is divided into two different levels. The upper part is paved out. The paving also covers the entire perimeter of the residence and the front part, forming a large terrace, which is partially covered by a balcony. Wooden garden furniture and a quality gas grill is available. The garden equipment includes a sandpit and a wooden hut (wood storage). On the terrace portable floor ashtrays are available. In the summer season, you can enjoy our 3.05 m (diameter), 0.76 m deep swimming pool, completed with quality sand filtration system and a heat pump. For small children we have an inflatable paddling pool (diameter 150 cm, 30 cm deep), swings and a slide. The upper and lower levels are connected by stairs lined by an ornamental rock garden on both sides. In the lower part of the garden there is a trampoline, 3,66 m across, with a protective net, also a rocking bench with a table and a fireplace with metal bbq rods.
The garden is not suitable for lively parties. The building is located at the end of the village, but it is not secluded. There are houses nearby, and therefore it is necessary to be considerate of the surroundings, both at night and during the daytime.
Garage
There is a new brick garage 5 × 3 meters available, adjacent to the residence which can serve as storage space for your sports equipment, buggies, etc.

- The client pays for electricity and water rates according to actual consumption at the end of the stay & recreational fee to the municipality.
- The electricity consumption charge is approximately 1,700 CZK per week outside the heating season when the building is fully occupied. During the heating season it is about 3,500 CZK.
- The surcharge for water consumption is approximately 600 CZK per week at full capacity.
- Recreation fee is 10 CZK per person/night. It does not apply to visually impaired, vulnerable persons and persons with severe disabilities who hold a ZTP / P card according to a special legal regulation and to their guides. It also does not apply to persons under 18 years of age and over 70 years of age or persons entitled to child benefit (education).
